Demo Patch 6 on 14 October 2026 moved autocomplete to a per-layer 99% threshold, shipped the Tier 1 language list plus several extras, and raised the demo starting cash so players could afford slot unlocks and parcels at the same time.
The final demo went live on 1 October 2026 with seven cartridges and the launch interface. It added NES-style booklet menus, a UV torch that leaves a glowing trail on missed grime, an autocomplete pass at the 99% mark, visible shelf unlocks and the first pass of the Tier 1 language set.
On 7 August 2026 the developer moved Cozy Game Restoration from 24 September to November, roughly six weeks later. The extra time went into a reactive tutorial, quests that pay out room decorations, a shelf system that changes tool power, and parcels picked from a stack in one room.
